Delve into the adventure of sharing, meeting and connecting with hikers in one of the most spectacular and unparalleled rocky forests in the town of Salinas, Las Piedras Del Collado, better known as Cerro Las Tetas. For years you have observed them from afar from the road but now you have the opportunity to get to know them up close. The ancient trails found in the bowels of the hill will take you to unimaginable places. We want to create a healthy community of hikers who have accompanied us and welcome those who want to start on this path.

If you want to go hiking you will be walking through rocky, slippery spaces and narrow paths. If you want to camp, it will make room for you with the Puerto Rican Christmas chill.

Event specifications:

• Difficulty level: route rated at a difficulty level 1 (Easy) and 2 (Moderate) if you are going hiking to the top of the hill. Good physical condition is required for hiking.
• *activity for adults and young people between the ages of 14 and 17 who are authorized by their parents and accompanied by an adult.
• You must come with lunch.
• You must read and complete the waiver of responsibility document upon arrival at the meeting point.

Required equipment:

• car in good condition that can climb steep and narrow roads for more than 30 minutes.
• bring your mask
• closed footwear/preferably hiking boots
• comfortable clothing of long shirt and pants (light colors)
• hat or cap
• reusable water bottle
• drinking water (2 liters to 1 gallon)
• safety helmet (for hiking if we do not provide it)
• gardening gloves
• reusable utensils (plate, glass, spoon)
• Bring food, drink or dessert to share.
• change of clothes
• layer of rain
• sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• camera (preferably shockproof and waterproof)
• Insect repellent
• If you are allergic to insects or bees, bring your epipen.
• first aid kit in your backpack

This experience includes:

1. Educational and interpretive experience, tour guided by a trained and certified professional.
2. Includes fraternization with known and unknown people.

Event Difficulty:

Level 1: Easy / we recommend it for people of all ages.

Level 2: Moderate / includes moderate walking for more than 1 hour, which we recommend parental discretion and supervision over their children's participation.

Level 3: Difficult / hike of more than 3 hours, we recommend it only for people accustomed to long and difficult walks on uneven terrain. We do not recommend the participation of children.

Level 4: Extreme / hike of more than 5 hours, we recommend it only for people in excellent physical condition and who can handle the challenges of the nature of the place. Includes difficult environmental conditions. We check your physical condition, your equipment and your clothing before starting.
