This experience in the northern area of Puerto Rico between the town of Ciales and Jayuya seeks to raise awareness of the importance of protecting the hydrological basin as well as the northern karst zone. This through environmental interpretation and contact activities with Nature in the Las Delicias Waterfall between Ciales and Jayuya.

Event specifications:

• Difficulty level: 1
• *You will be walking through some slippery spaces and over rocks.
• *Activity for adults, young people between the ages of 18 and 20 and children who are authorized by their parents and accompanied by an adult.
• You should come with a good breakfast.
• You must read and complete the waiver of responsibility document upon arrival at the meeting point.

Required equipment:

• car in good condition that can climb curvy and narrow roads for more than 50 minutes (if not, they must be willing to do carpooling).
• swimsuit
• Closed footwear/preferably hiking boots or water shoes.
• comfortable clothes
• hat or cap
• healthy snacks
• change of clothes
• layer of rain
• sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• camera (preferably shock and waterproof / can be your cell phone)
• Insect repellent
• If you are allergic to insects or bees, bring your epipen.
• backpack with first aid kit and water.

• Educational tour.

Event Difficulty:

Level 1: Easy / we recommend it for people of all ages.

Level 2: Regular/includes moderate walking, so we recommend parental discretion and supervision over their children's participation.

Level 3: Difficult / we recommend it only for people accustomed to long, difficult walks on uneven terrain. We do not recommend the participation of children.

Level 4: Extreme / we recommend it only for people in excellent physical condition who can handle the challenges of the nature of the place. Includes long walks under difficult environmental conditions. We check your physical condition, your equipment and your clothing before starting.
