• Almuerzo criollo preparado por la comunidad (por solicitud $12.00 p/p). Se le paga directamente a la comunidad pero debe notificarlo para coordinación de su preparación.

Required equipment:

• Sunscreen.
• Comfortable clothing of long shirt and pants.
• Swimsuit on.
• Hat or cap.
• Change of clothes.
• Watershoes or hiking sandals 🥾
• Backpack with first aid kit and healthy snacks.
• Reusable water bottle (1/2 gallon of water).
• Insect repellent.
• Towel.
• If you are allergic to insects or bees, bring your epipen.

Includes:

• Lifeguard (available upon request).
• Educational and interpretive tour with certified professional.

Event Difficulty:

Level 1: Easy/walk 30 minutes or less, we recommend it for people in good physical condition of all ages.

Level 2: Moderate / includes walks of more than 1 hour on uneven terrain. We recommend it for people in good physical condition. Parental discretion and supervision over their children's participation.

Level 3: Difficult / hike of 3 hours or more, we recommend it only for people in excellent physical condition accustomed to long and difficult walks on uneven terrain. We do not recommend the participation of children.

Level 4: Extreme / hike of 5 hours or more, we recommend it only for people in excellent physical condition who can handle the challenges of the nature of the place. Includes long walks under difficult environmental conditions. We check your physical condition, your equipment and your clothing before starting.
